Nationally recognized as The Millet Woman of India, she is a policy advocate, climate-resilient agriculture visionary, and the founder of Millet Bank through Minkan Agro Industries — a 44% direct equity venture dedicated to preserving India's heritage grain heritage.

As Chair of the Identcity Board, she provides strategic governance across the portfolio and leads Vishalakshi Innovations, the studio's Section 8 non-profit arm mobilizing rural SHGs, Pochampally Ikat weavers, and Bidriware artisan clusters.

The Co-Founder and Director of Identcity directs the studio's CITY software pillar — the proprietary B2B digital architectures, domain vault, and AI engineering that transform regional identity into scalable technology platforms.

As Founder and CEO of AI Grind, he leads the development of urban AI dispatch engines and computer-vision SOP quality audit systems targeting Hyderabad's ₹26,011 Cr Nighttime Economy and India's broader urban infrastructure market.

He manages Identcity's domain vault infrastructure — including asliexp.ai, asliEXP.com, and asliX.co — and oversees the cloud architecture and AI engineering across all portfolio ventures.
